III. JINDO LLC: SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING, AND REFUND POLICY

Jindo LLC operates a browser-native, flat-rate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription platform designed for commercial and individual entertainment Hosts. This Subscription, Billing, and Refund Policy governs the financial framework, automated billing loops, and transaction protocols between Jindo LLC and the subscribing Host or business entity utilizing The Jindo Entertainment System™.


1. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS & BILLING STRUCTURE


  • Recurring SaaS Commitment: By registering for a Jindo 8 subscription tier, you explicitly authorize Jindo LLC to charge your designated payment method automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

  • Pre-Paid Platform Access: All subscription fees are billed in advance of the service period. Maintaining an active, paid account is a mandatory prerequisite to access the browser-native "Jam Deck™" engine, execute automated randomized player card generation, and host active music bingo sessions without preparation friction.


2. STRIPE PAYMENT PROCESSING & DATA SECURITY


  • Merchant Integration: All financial routing, subscription tokenization, and recurring billing cycles are managed securely through Stripe.

  • Financial Data Insulation: Jindo LLC does not store, retain, or have access to raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive bank authentication data on its local servers. Your billing profile is completely protected by Stripe's bank-grade security infrastructure.


3. PROMOTIONAL CODES, FREE TRIALS, & MILESTONE CREDITS


  • Trial Parameters: Promotional discount codes grant authorized users temporary, complimentary access to the platform for a strict designated window (e.g., 30 days).

  • Automated Paid Conversion: Upon the conclusion of any promotional, trial, or discounted access window, the account will automatically convert into a standard, flat-rate paid subscription tier. To prevent automated conversion charges, the Host must execute a cancellation request at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the expiration of the promotional window.

  • Milestone Credit Exclusions: Platform access granted to specialized contributors (such as Media Curators and Metadata Researchers) via specific milestone thresholds is tied strictly to the Standard Version of Jindo 8 and excludes future premium, Enterprise, or Pro feature additions.


4. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY & FAIL-SAFE EXCEPTION


  • Finality of Sale: To preserve the mathematical clarity of our software revenue modeling and safeguard our net operating margins, Jindo LLC enforces a strict no-refund policy. All transactions processed via Stripe are final.

  • No Pro-Rations: Jindo LLC does not issue pro-rated refunds or cash credits for partial months of service, unexecuted games, or unused "Jams" within a billing cycle.

  • The Fail-Safe Show & Brand Safety Pledge Exception: As the sole exception to this no-refund policy, if the platform experiences a documented, server-side disruption originating directly from Jindo's hosting infrastructure that entirely prevents a Host from completing a scheduled live show, your subscription month is 100% free via a full billing cycle credit. This credit applies strictly to failures of Jindo's central database or application servers and explicitly excludes disruptions caused by local venue Wi-Fi drops, local hardware malfunctions, or cellular data throttling.

  • Access Preservation: Upon processing a standard subscription cancellation, you will retain unencumbered access to the Host Admin dashboard and "Jam Deck™" catalog until the official termination date of your current paid billing cycle.


5. FLAT-RATE, TAX-INCLUSIVE PRICING MODEL


  • Transparent Checkout: The price displayed to the Host at the time of subscription selection represents the total final price for platform utilization.

  • No Added Fees: Jindo LLC utilizes a flat-rate, tax-inclusive pricing model. The advertised fee covers all underlying transaction costs, and no additional state, local, or regional sales taxes will be appended to your statement at checkout.


6. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE


  • Host Autonomy: Subscriptions may be modified, downgraded, or canceled at any time directly by the user through the secure billing module inside the Jindo 8 Host Admin portal.

  • Deadline to Cancel: To ensure that automated renewal charges do not process through Stripe, cancellations must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your calendar renewal date. Jindo LLC is not responsible for automated charges resulting from a failure to cancel before this 24-hour buffer window.


7. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, & FINANCIAL INTEGRITY


  • Mandatory Support Review: Prior to initiating a formal payment dispute or chargeback with your banking institution, you agree to submit a billing inquiry directly to support@playjindo.com to allow our financial team to audit the ledger history.

  • Account Forfeiture: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or disputing a valid flat-rate subscription fee processed under these terms constitutes a material breach of financial integrity. Jindo LLC reserves the unilateral right to immediately and permanently suspend the offending account, revoke Admin portal clearance, and permanently purge all stored "Jam" histories and custom playlist data associated with the profile.
