The Spark

Music has been the rhythm of my life for as long as I can remember. From my very first piano recital in 1992 to performing on stage with hip-hop groups over the years, I learned early on that music possesses a unique kind of magic: it breaks down walls and brings people together faster than anything else on earth.

But through all those years of writing songs, producing, and performing, I realized something important: the most powerful moments never happened because of who was standing on stage. They happened when the crowd felt connected, energized, and united in a shared experience.

What the DJ Booth Taught Me About Connection

When I transitioned into DJing and hosting hundreds of live events—from weddings and corporate parties to community gatherings—I saw firsthand how much work goes into creating genuine, high-energy fun.

I also saw how frustrating traditional event tools could be. Paper bingo cards were clunky, traditional trivia left half the room feeling excluded, and hosts were bogged down with hours of prep work just to put on a simple show.

I knew there had to be a better way to spark joy without the friction.

The Birth of Planet Jindo & The Founder’s Promise

Jindo was born out of a simple desire: to build an interactive, music-driven game that makes connection effortless.

As the founder and CEO of Jindo, my goal isn't to stand under a spotlight or be the star of the show. My mission is to pass the mic to you.
