II. JINDO LLC: PRIVACY POLICY & DATA INTEGRITY STANDARDS

LAST UPDATED: July 20, 2026

Jindo LLC respects and is fully committed to protecting the privacy, security, and digital data rights of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines our data standards for data collection, operational use, and global regulatory compliance across our browser-native SaaS platform. Our data practices are explicitly engineered to support the seamless execution of The Jindo Entertainment System™ while maintaining an unshakeable commitment to security and transparency.

1. DATA COLLECTION & OPERATIONAL ARCHITECTURE

Jindo LLC collects user interaction data, performance diagnostic telemetry, and specific platform operational data to maintain the functional stability of the Jindo engine and optimize our zero-prep curation tools. Data collection is uniform across all verticals and includes the following categories:

  • Account Registration Data: We collect names, validated email addresses, and basic user profile information provided voluntarily when registering as a Host or a Player. For corporate, hospitality, or entertainer accounts, this includes entity-specific organizational details necessary for profile verification.

  • Precise Geolocation Data: To ensure the core operational integrity of an active "Jam" and cleanly comply with local music licensing nuances, Jindo collects precise real-time geolocation data from Hosts during active game sessions. This data is utilized strictly for automated game verification and regional compliance parameters, ensuring data truth.

  • Music Usage Identifiers: Our platform automatically tracks International Standard Recording Codes (ISRC) and International Standard Musical Work Codes (ISWC) associated with every individual music clip played during a session via the Jam Deck™ interface.

  • Automated System Telemetry & Performance Data: To honor our Fail-Safe Show & Brand Safety Pledge, Jindo automatically logs technical performance metrics, session connection states, browser error logs, and server latency data. This collection allows us to objectively track and attack system vulnerabilities before they impact live entertainment experiences.

  • Ephemeral Player Session Data: To power The Viral Velocity Loop, individual game players generate randomized card identifiers and live click history metrics. This information is processed ephemerally within the browser-native architecture to run the game and is completely stripped of personal identities upon session completion unless the player explicitly opts in to create a standard user profile.

2. FINANCIAL PROCESSING & STRIPE SECURITY STANDARDS

To insulate our users from financial data liabilities, Jindo LLC isolates all monetization tracks through a dedicated payment processing integration.

  • Tokenization Shield: All recurring subscriptions, flat-rate transactions, and billing data are securely managed by Stripe.

  • Zero-Storage Financial Footprint: Jindo LLC does not store, process, or have access to raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive financial authentication data on our own servers. Stripe securely manages individual transaction tokens to authorize recurring service access.

3. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: GDPR, CCPA, & CHILDREN'S PRIVACY GUARDRAILS

Because the Jindo platform scales globally via mobile and desktop web browsers, our data practices are architected to honor major international privacy frameworks, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

  • The Right to be Forgotten (Data Deletion): All users—including Hosts and individual Players—possess the absolute right to execute permanent account and data erasure. You may initiate a full data deletion request at any time by contacting our compliance division at legal@playjindo.com. Upon request verification, all personal interaction data, history logs, and identity-linked metadata will be permanently wiped or completely anonymized from our active databases.

  • Right to Access & Portability: Users have the right to request a machine-readable copy of all personal interaction records maintained within our active platform framework.

  • The "Do Not Sell My Info" Mandate: Jindo LLC enforces a strict policy against data monetization. Your personal account history, user metadata, and location parameters are never sold, rented, or distributed to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators for external commercial use.

  • Children's Privacy Protection & Institutional Use: In alignment with our target market expansion into schools and fundraisers, Jindo prioritizes absolute brand safety and family-friendly audio parameters. Jindo does not knowingly target or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. When an institutional client or educational network utilizes the software for minor-accessible play, the subscribing institution warrants that it has secured all necessary institutional or parental tracking consents required by local law.

4. MUSIC INDUSTRY TRANSPARENCY & DATA SHARING

In direct alignment with our strategic target to build a transparent ecosystem that honors musical creators, our database interfaces directly with rights management stakeholders.

  • Anonymized Reporting Framework: Jindo LLC reserves the explicit right to share anonymized play-log data with Performance Rights Organizations (PROs), music publishers, and master recording owners.

  • Creative Accounting Alignment: This data sharing is limited to historical track playback frequency, ISRC data, and ISWC metrics to assist industry stakeholders in ensuring accurate royalty distributions for artists. No personal identifying data or precise user location details are attached to these play-log transmissions.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION BOUNDARIES

  • Commercial Safeguards: Jindo LLC implements industry-standard technical security protocols to protect data pathways against unauthorized interception, server breaches, or database extraction.

  • Access Control: System administrative keys and user databases are restricted solely to authorized operational seats (such as our core development and customer service divisions) to prevent cross-seat data leaks.

  • Retention Limits: Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy active subscription maintenance, preserve customized "Jam Deck™" user playlist histories, facilitate platform QA logging, or satisfy verified statutory compliance timelines.
